Incontinence Blend

Urinary incontinence is involuntary, urine leakage. It happens primarily due to weakness of the pelvic muscles in women and an enlarged prostate in men. Incontinence can vary in severity, frequency, and urgency. Sometimes urine leaks out when you cough or sneeze. Other times you might feel an urge to urinate, but before you get to a toilet, the urge is so strong that you can’t hold it in anymore.
