Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

At Native Pride Healing, we take great pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted herbal products made with care and integrity. To protect the health and safety of our Tribe and customers, all sales are final.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Our products are natural, handmade, and not resealable or reusable for safety and hygiene reasons.


We do not issue refunds or price adjustments for purchases made before or after sales or discounts. If you purchased at full price and a sale follows, please take advantage of future discounts to restock or save on your next order.


Order Accuracy and Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Native Pride Healing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We ship through USPS, and once your order has left our care, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.


If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.


Disputes and Fraud

We take fraudulent claims and chargebacks very seriously. Filing a dispute after receiving your product constitutes fraud. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the proper authorities and to your payment provider (PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.), and your account will be permanently blocked from future purchases.


Subscriptions

Customers are fully responsible for managing and canceling their own subscription plans. Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Native Pride Healing does not have access to your personal subscription account through third-party apps. If you need assistance logging in or resetting your password, please contact Shopify Support directly.

Automated shipping notifications or order confirmation replies are not monitored—please email us directly for assistance.
