Shipping policy
DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for any damage or loss transfers to the recipient.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or applicable postal service). We are unable to file claims on your behalf, as we have no access to package information once it has been handed off to the carrier.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Occasionally, we may be closed for shipping due to travel or other circumstances — during these times, you may experience slightly longer processing windows. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please also keep in mind that delays can occur due to high order volume, carrier slowdowns, or holiday seasons. Subscription orders are always fulfilled first and remain our top priority.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & STOLEN PACKAGES
Native Pride Healing is responsible for delivering your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is submitted, we are not liable for reshipment or refunds — please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. In this case, we recommend filing a report with your local post office or law enforcement, and placing a new order if needed.

International Shipping

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Customs Declarations All international orders are shipped with accurate customs declarations as required by law. We do not mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.
Tracking All international orders include a tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once a package enters your country's customs processing.

Important Note on Wellness Products Some countries have restrictions on the import of herbal and food-based wellness products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.
