This is the King of All Moss. ONLY GROWN IN COLD WATERS. Cannot grown in warm waters. 

Great for Rebuilding The Body & Muscles. The only difference between the Purple & Gold Chondrus Crispus is Our Purple is dried in the Sun for 3 Days and the Gold for 7. Our Purple Irish Moss is Rich in Anthocyanin which contains specific benefits all its own. Like that of purple fruits and vegetables (ex: purple onions, cabbage, plums, grapes, pomegranate etc) The Sun naturally bleaches this out making it Gold.
Still the same amazing benefits as Purple.
